Return and Refund Policy

At 18 Karat, we want you to love every piece you receive! However, we understand that things don’t always go as planned, and we’re here to help.

When Returns/Refunds Are Accepted:

Damaged Items Only: If your jewelry arrives damaged, we’re happy to offer a return or refund. Please report any issues within 5 days of receiving your order.
Proof Required: To process your request, we kindly ask for a clear, uncut video of you opening the sealed package, showing the damage.

When Returns/Refunds Aren’t Accepted:

Change of Mind: If you’ve had a change of heart, we can’t offer a return or refund. Please order only when you're truly in love with the design!
Wear & Tear: We cannot accept returns or refunds for damage caused by improper care, misuse, or accidents after delivery.
Size & Color Concerns: Returns or refunds aren’t available for dissatisfaction with size or color unless the item received is different from what was originally ordered.
